takes time. We individually inspect, name label,
alter, color coordinate, fold, inspect again, and
package each order.
You
will appreciate the care taken. Please allow
5 - 15 working days from receipt of the order for
production time.

Shipping
and handling charges are based according to weight.
Please

Orders |

On
occasion, we may be temporarily out of stock of
an item you have ordered. Any back-ordered items
will be listed as such on the enclosed receipts.
We will do our best to get that item to you as soon
as possible.
Should we anticipate an extended delay , we will
notify you immediately. We will give any back order
item priority and ship at no extra cost.

sending back any item, please include a copy of
your receipt. Indicate the reason for the return
and your preference of exchange, credit, or refund.
Garments must be unmarked and intact.

offline orders, you may enclose a check or money
order with your order form or we can ship C.O.D.
If you have a special payment request, please call
customer service to make specific arrangements.
Please
make checks and money orders payable to Professional
Fit Clothing. We also except Visa or MasterCard
call us at 1-800-422-2348 for credit card orders.

If
you wish to bill directly to a family member, guardian,
or trust Account officer who has specifically authorized
a purchase, simply give us their name, the facility
name, address and phone number. If we are Unable
to collect from the second party, responsibility
for payment becomes that of the facility or home.
